Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout', you will be directed to the Sage Pay (the new name for PROTX) secure site to enter your Credit Card details, on completion of payment you will be returned to our site.

Online payment can be made with any major Credit Card or UK Debit Card. At Crackajacks we spend a lot of time and effort on packing our orders to ensure everything arrives in pristine condition, for this reason we have to set minimum order values as follows:

UK = £10.00 (Ten Pounds) exluding P&P. All prices and transactions are in £GB.
Europe = £15.00 (Fifteen Pounds) exluding P&P. All prices and transactions are in £GB.
Rest of World = £25.00 (Twenty Five Pounds) exluding P&P. All prices and transactions are in £GB.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of completion. All goods shall remain the property of Crackajacks Ltd until paid for in full. In the event of a payment being refused or returned by a customer's Bank, the title and ownership of the goods shall return immediately to Crackajacks Ltd.

The supply of certain items may be subject to legislation, for instance knives, glues etc. and these are sold to the card holder who is making the purchase and is therefore an adult over the age of 18. These items must not be purchased for anyone who is under the legal age for owning such an item. You agree that if you purchase such an item it is for your own use and you are over the age of 18.

Promotional offers and Free items that are subject to a minimum spend: these spend limits do not include any P&P charges. The order value must be the minimum required to receive the offer before the addition of P&P. These offers are subject to availability and will be one offer per order unless otherwise stated. Offers are subject to change and details will be shown on the web site under "Special Offers".

CD-ROM's and DVD's are sold in a sealed cellophane wrap or closed with a security sticker. The product is not refundable if either of these are opened.

When items are shown to be low on stock, end of line or limited, these are sold on a first come first served basis. If you have placed an order after the last one of an item has been sold, we will contact you to advise of the situation and offer a refund or an alternative of similar value. If the product is discontinued, we will refund the cost of the item back to your card.
Shipping And Handling All deliveries within the UK and Channel Islands are by First Class - Recorded Delivery; postage and packing is charged at a fixed rate of £1.95 per delivery.

All deliveries to European countries are sent by Airmail - Recorded International Signed for; postage and packing is charged at a fixed rate of £5.95 per delivery.

All deliveries outside Europe are sent by Airmail - Recorded International Signed for; postage and packing is charged at a fixed rate of £19.95 per delivery.

Delivery Schedule All orders are dispatched in date order as they are received and are normally dispatched within 2 working days, often within 1 working day. These dispatch schedules are anticipated and in good faith they are not guaranteed; during busy periods, for example during the build up to Christmas and certain weekends, these dispatch times may vary. If you have not received your order 5 working days (7 working days outside the UK or Channel Islands) after receiving your "Order Dispatched" email please notify us at orders@crackajacks.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)1454 325325 and report the delay, we will track your order via Royal Mail and send out a replacement order if deemed necessary. Please see "Holidays" below. All deliveries are sent by a tracked signed for service and we will notify you of our findings when the delivery tracking is completed. If we have not received a notification of delay within the above time limits, we will assume your delivery has arrived intact. If your order arrives with the outer box damaged, please sign for it as "damaged" or refuse to accept the delivery. Any goods returned to us as "Unable to Deliver" for any reason, will be kept for one month from the date of dispatch. After this time and if the goods have not been claimed, they will be disposed of as we see fit and will usually be donated to a charity of our choice. Any redelivery cost will be charged in full to the customer. If an order is cancelled following "unable to deliver" advice from Royal Mail, the full cost of the attempted delivery will be deducted from any refund.

If you advise Crackajacks that you wish delivery instructions to be added to your consignment, for example "leave at No 46" we are happy to do so. We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail or their agents will always carry out these requests, as they have an obligation to achieve a secure delivery and may refuse any such request. In these circumstances, any dispute regarding their refusal to leave the delivery will be between the purchaser and Royal Mail or their agents.

We will of course always be happy to help in any way that we can to satisfy our customer's requests.

Holidays: if we close for annual holidays, we will place advanced notice on the web site at the top of each page advising our closed dates with details of the delivery schedule on our return. The above delivery schedule will be resumed within 5 working days or sooner.
Back Orders Any item that is showing out of stock we will be happy to advise you when stock will be available if you send us an e-mail, click on "send mail" button. If your item is not in stock it will show as "sorry, out of stock". On rare occasions and due to the technical method used by shopping carts, a product may show in stock due to another customer not yet completing their order. If another customer has selected the same items that are in your shopping cart and completes their transaction while you are still on line, this may lead to your item being out of stock when you complete your order. In these rare circumstance we will dispatch your order in the normal way and advise you of any shortages with a date for completion. You will not be charged any P&P for additional delivery.
Tax Charges All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless stated differently.
Credit Card Security At Crackajacks we are passionate about the service we offer and that includes our approach to security. Maintaining your privacy is a priority which is why we use Sage Pay (formerly Protx), as our third party payment specialist. They're the largest independent payment processor in the UK and are compliant to the highest level in payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). So you can be assured that all the information you enter is safe and secure. All transactions are executed by Sage Pay and no card details are taken, stored or accessed by Crackajacks.

We will not capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Sage Pay, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.

Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.

Through Sage Pay, we have also enabled 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard). This is an additional check to confirm no one but you is using your card. This box will appear and ask you to enter a selection of characters from your password e.g. first, third and fifth character. So don't be alarmed if this additional check appears.

During the transaction your card issuer will accept or decline the transaction, we have no control in this process and no knowledge of the reasoning, we are only given a result of accepted or declined.

It is important that the full postal (invoice) address of the cardholder is provided during the transaction, this must be as shown on the card issuer statement. Separate provision is provided for you to enter a different delivery address.
Guarantee All of our goods are supported by our 7 day no quibble guarantee, we are nice people who supply nice customers and we will replace any item that does not meet with your entire satisfaction. Please check all your order when it arrives and please let us know if there is a problem. We hope not to have any problems, but we are all human and sometimes make a mistake, so please let us know if there is an error because we want your order and experience with us to be perfect.

All coloured images are as close to the real colour that monitors will generate, however we cannot guarantee the exact colour reproduction as shown by any individual monitor. All product dimensions stated are approximate and for guidance only. All product information is correct at the time of displaying, E&OE.
Privacy Policy Crackajacks do not disclose buyers' information to third parties; our courier Royal Mail will not disclose any personal details to any other party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses and to store your details only if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy If you should wish to return goods to us or apply for a refund, please e-mail our customer care department: customer-care@crackajacks.co.uk or write to: Crackajacks Ltd Unit 14 Dean Court, Great Western Business Park, Yate, Bristol, BS37 5NJ, United Kingdom. Please state clearly the reason for returns.

Refunds will be made by Crackajacks within two working days of receiving the goods in good saleable condition. Refund will be made via SagePay and credited back to the original Credit/Debit Card. It is important that the card holders full address is given at the time of the purchase transaction, this must be as shown on the statement from the card issuer. Without the full card holders address, we may be unable to make any refund.

Any used items will not be credited, return postage and packaging will be the responsibility of the sender unless agreed in writing that Crackajacks will refund P&P for returns.

Remittance Terms All goods are paid for via Credit or Debit Card on completion of your purchase. Orders may also be placed by telephone, 01454 325325 and paid for by Credit or Debit Card. UK orders can be paid for by Cheque, please allow 3 working days from our receipt of your cheque before we dispatch your goods.
